Product Description

BSZ pin mill machine is specialized in milling for various fruit, walnuts, coffee beans, cocoa beans, peanuts, rice and other food and chemical raw material. For high sugar or oil content materials, we would customize the pin mill to have a connection inlet for feeding in the liquid nitrogen. The function of the liquid nitrogen is to help lower the working temperature.

 
It has 2 grinding discs (cavity disc & door disc) which rotate against each other to achieve high speed rotating. It can be used without pulse duct collecting system, just single mill. If you need no dust during the production, you can choose pin mill set with the pulse system.

Working method:
After materials are sent to the crushing chamber through the screw conveyor from the hopper, they will be impacted, cut and grinded and crushed by high-speed rotating blades (needle bar types) and fixed needle bar disks. The powder is discharged outside the cavity through a screen and the particle size can be obtained by replacing the screen mesh of different pore sizes. It is mainly applicable to the crushing processing of crystalline materials from chemical industry, dyestuff, auxiliaries, feed, food, medicine, and non-metal minerals. It has the advantages of high output, fine particle size, low noise, low energy consumption, simple maintenance and easy installation.
