Product Description

Our BS spice hammer pulverizer set has a very good effect for different kinds of spices, like chilli, pepper, cinnamon, cumin, bandits, cardamom, garlic, star anise, cloves, geraniol, turmeric, ginger, fennel, angelica and other material with high content of oil or fiber. For root, herb and leaf, the grinding effect is also good.

It is made up of crusher part, cyclone, dust collecting box, blower and control box.
It uses fixed plate and the relative motion between the activity hammer, making materials impacted and shredded under effect of centrifugal force.

Working method:
The material is crushed by the high-speed relative movement of the movable hammer knife and the fixed disc. There is a screen in the grinding chamber. If the particle is smaller than the size of the screen hole, it will pass through the screen and leave the grinding chamber under the action of centrifugal force. If not, the particles will continue to be crushed in the grinding chamber.

Main features:
1) The structure of this machine is very simple,and it is easy to install and maintain.
2) The production process is dust-free and continuous.
3) During production,temperature remains normal, will not get hot. So material's color and nature won't change.
4) If the oil content of your raw material is 10%~20%,this machine can grind.
