It combines coarse crusher,middle fine milling fine milling area(3 milling areas)together.
 

Material will be milled three times at the same time.

This machine has a very good effect for milling different kinds of food, like spice, herbs, milk powder and chemicals, animal feed...etc.

Working method:
Material is fed into the mill chamber, pass through the high speed rotation caused by the three groups of knives one by one.
Material is crushed three times in one mill chamber, then become fine powder.

Between middle fine crush knife group and fine mill knife group, there is a device designed for preventing coarse granule go to fine milling area, so powder fineness is assured.
The rotor speed is controlled by inverter, different particle size is achieved by adjusting rotation speed.

There are 3 groups of hammers in one mill chamber

1)This is the mill part, it combines coarse crusher area, middle fine milling area, and super fine milling area together. 

2)It can grind big raw material into fine powder directly.(combines 3-stage grinding in one mill chamber)

3) From right to left, they are coarse crush area, middle fine mill area and fine milling area and blast area.
Material fed in will be milled by the three areas to become fine powder directly.
4) No screen in the mill chamber, change powder size by changing speed of inverter.

1)  no need screen or sieve in mill chamber, change powder particle size by changing speed through inverter;
2)  Because it has no screen in mill chamber,when milling, there is no heat rising in mill chamber;
No need to worry power get stuck in the screens or product quality get affected by the heat from  the mill.
That's why it is very suitable for grinding heat-sensitive material or material contains fiber or oil.
3)  The mill part combines coarse crusher, middle fine mill and fine mill together, which means it can makes fine powder directly from big raw material, very effective. 
Then,NO need to crush big material firstly.
4)  It can save more power,  its capacity is much bigger than other same motor type traditional hammer mill.
That's why when grinding most spices,you don't need to worry spice powder get stuck on the screens. 
It can grind dry spices into 20~80 mesh.
And when grinding cassava chips,chickpea,powder can reach 150 mesh. (much finer powder than common hammer mill).
