Product Application of BRIHGTSAIL Vertical ribbon mixer
Vertical Ribbon Mixer consists of a conical vertical container body, a drive device, spiral blades, and a shredder. The mixing blades are designed to create a three-dimensional movement of materials, generating an upward spiral flow along the perimeter of the container and a downward gravitational flow in the center, ensuring optimal mixing quality. During this continuous operation, material particles and heat are exchanged rapidly, resulting in a uniform product. Additionally, materials are mixed with minimal mechanical and thermal stress, making this mixer an ideal solution for fragile and heat-sensitive products.
The vertical paddle mixer guarantees perfect mixing uniformity, even with a wide range of mixing ratios, and allows complete discharge without any dead zones.
