Our BSF high efficient mill is widely used for material grinding in pharmaceutical, food and other industries, such as spice, herbs, grains, etc.
This machine usually has 2 fixed speeds, low and high speed for choices. It crushes the material by the cutting and grinding of high speed knifes.There is a screen mesh in mill chamber, if the output particle is smaller than the hole size of screen mesh, it will pass the screen mesh and get out of the mill chamber by centrifuge force. If not, the particle will continue to be crushed in the mill chamber.
There are 2 different crushing blades for choices. Movable hammer knife: suitable for making fine powder Fixed knife: suitable for making flakes, granules Feed hopper & Screen (changing the output particle size) Electrical control box: starting or stoping the machine
