PLOUGH SHARE MIXER
 
The plough share mixer is an industrial mixer specially designed for mixing dry powders, granules, small fibres, liquid, and paste.
 
The plough share mixer consists of a cylindrical drum, a driving device, a plough-shaped mixing element installed on a horizontal shaft, and a high-speed cutter.
 
Through the effect ofthe shapes of the plough agitator and centrifugal vortex action, material in the plough mixer makes three-dimensional movement and is mixed.

MAIN ADVANTAGES OF THE PLOUGH SHARE MIXER
 
1. The strong shear force can effectively break down soft agglomerations and lumps, especially suitable for handling materials prone to caking.
 
2. Not only can it mix dry powders, but it can also add a small amount of liquid (such as binders or oils) to achieve solid-liquid mixing.
