Our BSZ dry pepper grinding machine can be used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries, mainly for pulverizing. It is suitable for milling materials with high fat, oil or sugar (like cocoa beans, coffee beans, carob pods,etc) into fine powder type. For common materials, such as spice, grains, crystal materials,etc, it's also suitable.
Except for making powder, BSZ dry pepper grinding machine also can directly grind cocoa beans into cocoa liquor. We have sold several pin mills to Ecuador, who uses them for making cocoa liquid before.

BSZ dry pepper grinding machine has 2 grinding discs (cavity disc & door disc) which rotate against each other to achieve high speed rotating. It can be used without pulse duct collecting system, just single mill. If you need no dust during the production, you can choose pin mill set with the pulse system.
The wide chamber contraplex pin mill is especially designed for grinding seeds spices with high oil content, like mustard seeds, coriander seeds, black pepper, clove and so on.
In comparison with the diameter of pin disc, the machine cavity is oversized. The wide chamber cavity can prevent powder from blocking inside the machine. This is why contraplex pin mill is suitable for fine grinding greasy, oily, sticky and hygroscopic materials when in continuous production.
Besides, dry pepper grinding machine can also be connected with liquid nitrogen, to make powder with much fat like nutmeg. Some clients just connect liquid nitrogen to make more quality product; For example, with liquid nitrogen connected, food powder's smell,oil and nutrition will be preserved very well while grinding.Advantages of BSZ dry pepper grinding machine:
