Working method:
V Type mixer, composed of two chambers are welded up to a container, the shape of the container is relatively to the shaft is asymmetric. Due to the rotary movement, powder granule continuously repeatedly alternate, split and merge in the tilting container; Materials randomly transfer from one area to another area, granules slip with each other at the same time, after spatial multiple superimposed, the granule distribute on the surface of new generation .The material is being sheared, mixed, diffused constantly and repeatly without mixed blind angle.
