Product Description

This is our BSP cocoa powder grinding machine, which is also called Air classifier mill. This unit is composed of crusher part, powder collecting set, conveying pipes and electric control cabinet.The crusher part has air classifier, which makes product granularity arbitrary adjustable, and can prevent the excessive crushing. Powder been crushed will be conveyed to the cyclone and dust collector by negative pressure, then discharged by discharge valve.

BSP dry beans grinder machine is suitable for many kinds of materials, such as spice, herbs, cereals, crystal materials...etc. Since it has a air classifier wheel in it,it can make superfine and even powder.

Working method of BSP onion grinding machine:
Raw material is delivered to the grinding chamber via hopper by spiral feeder, and is cut and sheared by the high speed cutters, then the material is moved into the whirlwind separator and the sack dust catcher by the negative pressure sucking method, the ejection material meets the product requirement. That's why BSP powder making machine can make super fine powder and can be used as a fine powder grinder.

1) The left motor is classifier motor; the right motor is crush motor.

2) It adopts a small screw feeder, make sure feed speed is even and controllable.

3) Working method: Material enters the mill chamber via screw conveyor where it is sheared and milled by  fast-rotating blades.The powder passes the guide ring and enters the classifier chamber. As the classification wheel is in rotation,both  air force and centrifugal force act on the powder. As the particles whose diameters are greater than the critical diameter (diameter of the classification particles) have a greater mass,they are thrown back into the mill chamber to be ground again,while the particles whose diameters are smaller than the critical diameter enter  cyclone separator and dust-collecting box.

1) Dust is collected inside the dust collecting box.

2) Inside box, there are many dust collecting bags and the bag frames are also made of stainless steel and can be disassembled easily.

3) With pulse-jet cleaning, dust can be collected very conviniently.
